1. Promotion begins October 1, 2020 at 12:01 AM ET and ends at 11:59 PM ET September 30, 2021, when all entries must be received. To enter, log onto www.gaylordgolfmecca.com and fill out the online entry form and submit it as instructed. One entry per person/e-mail address. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsors’ (as defined in section 9 below) servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsors, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process, or the operation of the web site. Use of bots or other automated process to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsors. Sponsors further reserve the right to cancel, terminate or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business educational institute) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

2. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 15, 2021 and will be notified via email, U.S. mail, telephone, or by overnight courier. If potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within five (5) days or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such potential winner forfeits all rights to any prize and an alternate winner may be selected. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects. Grand Prize Golf Package for 4-Players, 4-nights: Two standard rooms (double-occupancy) for two (4) nights; six (6) rounds of golf per person; two (2) breakfast; two (2) dinners. Approximate retail value: $2,000.00. Airfare, Ground transportation, meals, in-room hotel charges, (e.g. mini-bar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, retail purchases, incidentals, tours and other expenses are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Grand Prize trip based on availability. Certain blackout dates and restrictions may apply. Winner and travel companions must be available to travel on the same itinerary as selected by Sponsors. Trip must be completed by October 31, 2022.

3. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners. Entry in this sweepstakes constitutes each entrant’s agreement to pay all applicable taxes. An Internal Revenue Service 1099 form will be issued to U.S. winners of prizes with a retail value greater than $600.00.

4. Open to residents who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Sponsors’ employees, employees’ immediate families, and persons living in the same households as such individuals, are not eligible to participate or win.

5. This sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsors are not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of this sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, and printing, distribution or production errors and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such error at its sole discretion without liability.

6. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Prizes are non transferable. No substitutions for prize except by Sponsors in which a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

7. All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your email address, you grant Sponsors the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.

8. Except where prohibited: (i) Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner’s name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Potential winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including social security number) and liability/publicity release; (iii) Potential Grand Prize winner (and travel companions) may be required to execute releases of Sponsors from any and all liability with respect to participation in the sweepstakes and/or use of the prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be chosen.

9. For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Gaylord Golf Mecca, Ultimate Golf Giveaway Winner’s List, PO Box 3069, Gaylord, MI 49734-3069 after October 15, 2021, but prior to December 31, 2021.
